Join us on Saturday, October 3rd 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM at the Cherry Blossom Welcome Center in Essex County Branch Brook Park for a day of free health services, wellness resources, and community support. Enjoy free health screenings, consultations, educational resources, and even free laundry services—all in one place!
Patient registration/appointment is required prior to receiving any health screenings; check out which organizations will be present and choose the services you’d like to register for.

Visitors can receive practical resources and engage in interactive activities focused on nutrition education, healthy eating, food access, gardening, and overall wellness. Information on upcoming workshops, youth programs, and community initiatives will also be available.

Information on oral health education programs, preventive and diagnostic dental services for children and families, maternal oral health resources for pregnant and postpartum women, and assistance accessing dental care services, including free or low-cost options for eligible community members. Educational materials on the importance of oral health during and after pregnancy, volunteer and healthcare career learning opportunities, and oral health giveaways may also be available.

The Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy Association provides support, advocacy, and education about hypertrophic cardiomyopathy to patients, families, the medical community, and the public.
