Immunizations

Essex County Office of Public Health Management participates in the federally funded Vaccines for Children (VFC) and the Adult 317-Bridge Immunization Program.

The VFC program offers all recommended childhood vaccines for children age 6 months to 18 years of age who meet at least one of the following criteria:

1. Uninsured
2. Medicaid or NJ Family Care (Plan A only)
3. American Indian or Alaska Native 

The Adult 317-Bridge Immunization program offers Covid and Flu vaccines to adults 19 years of age and older who meet one the following criteria:

1. Uninsured
2. Underinsured (Insurance does not cover the cost of vaccines)
